PERSONAL PROGRAMME membership
Personal programme sessions are a totally individualised class. It is essentially a semi-private personal training session in which each attendee has a programme designed for them by one of our coaches. The programmes themselves are totally build around an individual’s needs and wants, and are updated on a regular basis. With a maximum of 3 people per class each member has the opportunity for a more personal experience with one of our coaches, but still brings some of the group dynamics which make our classes so successful. These sessions bridge the gap between our basic class memberships and 1-2-1 training meaning more opportunity to improve.
OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP
Open gym sessions give members the flexibility to work on specific aspects of their training, outside coach led classes. A CrossFit ISC coach will always be on hand to offer advice on programming and training if needed, however these sessions are not coach led. Sessions aim to compliment the training members do in the group sessions, but also allow more time to work on specific areas members wish to improve on.
This membership also allows members unlimited access to coach led sessions.
